Just so you don't think I'm an ungrateful hussy...

...I made a list of things for which I am thankful.

In no particular order:

My brain says, "Thank you!"

These make up 67% of my diet.

My future pen pal

My dad's pancakes (and astronaut Mike Dexter)

God help me, I do love good grammar.  And t-shirts.

I like bunnies.  And pancakes, again.

Now, tell me one thing for which you are eternally grateful.

You know, like pancakes.  I hear some people like those.

I am grateful for chocolate - it has always been there for me through good and bad and loves me even when I haven't washed my hair!

School.

Oh sure, there are times when I hate it.

But it keeps me employed and out of trouble.

I'm a grammar freak, too.

Can I say that I'm thankful for wine without sounding like a lush?

I am really quite a loser when it comes to grammar---so sorry.

But, I am so in love and so very thankful for StarBucks coffee.

It has sustained the little bit of sanity I have left while raising triplets plus two.

GREAT post. I love to see what others are thankful for.

Pancakes are a favorite dinner food in our home--- with a side of apple sauce.

[Please don't grade my grammar]

Rice Milk for my lactose intolerant intestines. Richard Lederer, the absolute King of funny grammar books (yes, they exist). Santa Claus. Knee socks. My crappy car that still insists on running even though she is way past her prime. Corn Chex.

I have been eating Nature Valley granola bars every morning for breakfast for the past 4 years. No lie.

I am grateful for fuzzy socks to keep my feet warm.

Well, since last week I posted 100 of these random things... I have nothing new for you!

But... my favs include... motherhood. The story speaks for itself.
bloggy friends. because they help me waste time.
traffic laws. because the world is full of idiots.
idiots. because they make me look better.
genetics. I can take credit for that which I have no control over.
AND school. it gives my kids someplace to go and talk... so I don't have to listen.

I'm glad Tina Fey has a typewriter... she'll be ready to punch out letters to you in immediate response.

I'm super thankful for Nutella. And string cheese because, let's face it, I'm a 6-year-old who is finally left to her own devices in the kitchen and I kind of survive on that.

My husband makes amazing pancakes! I love his lime ones and his blueberry vanilla ones. He made them every Sunday till he got diagnosed with Celiac two months ago. What else am I thankful for? My son's cheeky grins, good music, Brasilian food, and dancing! :-)

Stopping by from SITS today, I saw your post title in roll call and had to stop by. I'm grateful for pancakes (made them for dinner last night), though I'm pretty sure my husband is way more grateful. At the moment, I'm mostly grateful that some recent water damage is allowing us to finally replace our kitchen and dining room flooring - I hate that my kitchen is in shambles at the moment, but at least I'll have some pretty floors when all is said and done! I'm also grateful for my toddler, who cracks me up (and on alternate days makes me cry).

Coffee and Cheese. oh yeah, and Simply Sleep or Benadryl, whatever is there.

Not together. Although I hear some people like that though. Without these things my family would be held hostage by a maniac!

Stopping in from SITS, today and probably a while - this was FUNNY!

There are some celebrities (Manilow) whom you just want to hear, not SEE.
I like Converse All Stars.
You wish the tree-cutting man would've been the Brawny Guy, and rich. You would've used your feminine wiles and you'd be married by spring.
My cats say "Hi Sarah," but they ALWAYS spell it with an "h". Sorry.

I am grateful for Celebrity Rehab and Sex Rehab on VH1. You know what? I'm just grateful for VH1 in general. Everytime I watch anything on that network my life seems like the most normal well adjusted thing this side of Pleasantville.

Great idea for a post. Loved it.

Have a great weekend SITSta. I'm making you a regular stop on my bloggie rounds!

Hey (again) from SITS.

I am thankful for the word "hussy." I'll find a way to integrate it into my conversation today somehow.

And where did that picture of Tina Fey w/the typewritter come from? LOL

Oooh and I'm thankful for typewriters. I actually own one. Makes me feel all deep and brooding and literary.

You know, we WILL be friends with Tina Fey someday.

Oh boy, that just made me sound like a stalker.

Tina is my heroine. And by that I mean the female form of hero, not like I wanna inject her into my veins and listen to jazz music.

I love your list of things to be thankful for! should have thought about it and done the same!!!
