Ten hours in a Honda

I received an e-mail from my mom with these pictures.

I think they kind of sum up how I go through life:

Tomorrow morning, I'm leaving for Indiana and cow poop.

And since I'll be in the car for 10 hours all by myself, I can fart all I want.

That smells like pure gasoline.

A few days ago, I took a dog, similar to the one below, to the humane society.

While very sweet, she was clearly dumber than a box of rocks.

For an hour, I watched her repeatedly dart in front of cars and stop in the middle of the road to lick herself (though not necessarily in that order).

Knowing I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I saw her flattened on the side of the road, I loaded her into my car and hauled her in.

On the way to the shelter, she launched a truly pungent air biscuit in my car.

I like to think she was just trying to thank me.
