...and I got me an award!
Amanda from My Life...Badly Written decided that I was worthy of her praise, and I couldn't be more appreciative!I have to say, I'm pretty excited about this one. I think it's because it's a little dirty.
I'm told there are rules:
- Make a cocktail.
- Pick out some of your favorite bloggers & send this award to 4 of them.
- Tell them why you think they give good blog.
- I had half a peanut butter-chocolate milkshake from Cookout.
- Christina from Too Pretty For This, Heisschic from Technical Support, Lizz at One Nerve Left and, of course, Hot Piece of Sass completes this list.
- Each one of these ladies always has something intriguing and/or naughty to say on any given day. I think they're all straight up bitchin'.
On a separate note, I loved the response I got from my last post and I want you all to know that I've been letting your suggestions simmer in the crock pot that is my brain.
Here's how the votes shook down:
- California 5
- Washington 3
- New York 2.5
- Indiana 1
- Chicago 1
- Oregon 1
- North Carolina 1
- Ohio 0 (I had one vote for it and one against it)
- Alabama -1
Clearly, I need to give California some consideration (although it's the same state that requires me to sacrifice a virgin just to get the paperwork). I also think Boston is a fair suggestion and warrants some attention.
Many thanks to those of you for sharing your passion for your home states and towns.
I also appreciate the honesty about Alabama and Ohio.
